Need to fix sliding gate rails

Need pool gate rehung. Original contractor installed post bolts into mortar rather than brick, so this post needs refixing to house brickwork properly. Gate lock also needs replacing but I have all parts necessary, including new lock.

Need to extend the pool gate to another 60cm for council compliance，I need to get rid of the acrylic glass and add the same fence on top of it, it is in the picture and would be about 5 meters， and should include material，please give me a quote.

The front gate, has dropped. It drags against the floor so it can't be closed. It needs to be lifted up. If you can get it to open and close without dragging then you will be rewarded. Thank you. (You can see in the photos the bottom of the gate touching the floor).

Hi, I have a timber side gate that currently closes directly against a brick wall, so there is no proper latch point and I cannot lock it. I would like a handyman to: -Supply and install a treated pine timber post next to the brick wall so the gate can close against it -Install a lockable gate latch -Adjust/re-align gate if needed so it closes properly -Tighten hinges and do minor tidy-up (replace screws if required) Goal is to keep the existing gate but make it functional, secure, and able to lock.

Small side gate does not close properly. The gate & post needs some adjustments. Gate also needs a two way lock

Fence gate dues not close correctly due to the additional gap/leaning of the fence. Need to realign the gate slightly so that it can be bolted/ locked correctly

The door inside the house is hanging, the holes are to pretty loose and for the screws to tighten and the gate outside just broke off.

Require the gate locking mechanism to be repaired and make sure gate open and closes properly. Unfortunately this is a repetitive problem occurring as the wind repeatedly damages the locking mechanism. Require a more permanent solution that stays closed and appropriate materials needed for the job. Flexible to your schedule too Thanks !

Electric gate bolt has busted out of brick fence. Needs to be refastened most likely with a metal plate as the bolt hole might be striped.
