I require both gates renewed, push down rods on both and a lock that is simple & works

I have a wood garden gate with a latch on inside and a lever on the outside to open when not Locked. I need to have groove cut so that I can open the gate from the outside with the key when the gate is locked with a padlock

The sliding gate doesn’t roll smoothly, it seems to get stuck halfway and have to force it to continue sliding. It’s also very easy for the gate to come off track. Looking for someone that can work their magic to get a nice rolling gate again

Recent misalinment has caused gear on motor to not engage with pinion on gate for first half meter, remainder (after first half meter) section is fine, i.e. both gears engage and work properly

My metal side gate has become misaligned. The gap between the gate and the post is getting larger and the latch can no longer catch properly. The gate may have slightly sagged or the latch plate needs to be re-positioned. I need someone to: 1. Inspect the hinge and post for movement 2. Re-align the gate so the latch closes properly 3. Adjust or re-mount the latch plate (may require drilling new pilot holes) 4. Ensure the gate swings and locks smoothly No parts needed unless recommended. Photos attached. Fence gate dues not close correctly due to the additional gap/leaning of the fence. Need to realign the gate slightly so that it can be bolted/ locked correctly

Side gate expanded so unable to close, gate lock damaged.

The door inside the house is hanging, the holes are to pretty loose and for the screws to tighten and the gate outside just broke off.

Require the gate locking mechanism to be repaired and make sure gate open and closes properly. Unfortunately this is a repetitive problem occurring as the wind repeatedly damages the locking mechanism. Electric gate bolt has busted out of brick fence. Needs to be refastened most likely with a metal plate as the bolt hole might be striped.

Side gate needs a lock, see pic attached

One my friends moved the fencing gate and the lock below was bent. I need that to be fixed so that the gate can be securely closed. The bent knob is as shown in the pictures.

Colorbond fence gate collapse after strong wind. Reuse existing frames and sheets since it is still in good condition. Screws all gone and need to be replaced. Reattached the gate.
