Hi, I need a handyman to supply and install a dual-sided gate latch (like a D&D LokkLatch Deluxe) on an existing metal side gate and metal post at my home on Mary Jane Parade.The latch needs to open from the outside and have the option to be locked from the inside.I am currently away from the gate but will upload clear photos of the metal frame, post, and gap tomorrow morning so you can see the setup.Please provide an estimated quote for labor + supplying the lock hardware. Gate hinges are loose and damaged as shown in picture.

The gap between the gate and the fence has widened. The gate is opening on its own when the wind is strong.

Side gate needs to be adjusted into two parts. First part stays fixed ( next to gas point in picture which requires new post) and the remainder will be used as gate but opening outwards instead of inwards.

The external tap has low water pressure

1) Fix the metal letter box on concrete. It was fixed but got uprooted 2) Need a double sided lock for the colorbond side gate. 3) Stain wooden main door, wooden frame and panels.

Fence gate dues not close correctly due to the additional gap/leaning of the fence. Need to realign the gate slightly so that it can be bolted/ locked correctly
