Fence Realignment and Repair An excavator was used to access the side of our house, and during this work the existing boundary fence was pushed toward our neighbour’s property. As a result, the fence is now leaning/misaligned and has reduced the available clearance for our neighbour’s front gate. The main issue is that the neighbour is no longer able to fully close their front gate because the fence has been pushed into the gate’s operating path. The required work is to inspect the affected section of fencing, carefully realign and reposition the fence back toward its original position, and ensure it is correctly secured and stable. Any damaged or displaced posts, rails, panels or fixings should be repaired or replaced as required. The fence should be returned to a straight and structurally sound position along the existing boundary, while maintaining the appropriate boundary alignment. Once repaired, there needs to be sufficient clearance for the neighbour’s front gate to open and close fully and operate normally without contacting or being obstructed by the fence. Please assess whether the existing posts and panels can be reused or whether any components need to be replaced due to the movement caused by the excavator. The finished repair should leave the fence secure, level/aligned, and visually consistent with the existing fencing. Please provide a quote covering labour, materials, removal/replacement of any damaged components, and final realignment of the fence.

My side gate latch clamp has snapped and it won’t lock properly. Currently held together with rope as a temp fix. Need someone to replace or repair the latch mechanism so it actually locks again. Hello, I have a Sliding colourbond Gate installed for one car single drive way. It is operated by CAME Motor Model no. BVX04ALS and it works with remote currently. I want to add wifi dongle - REMOOTIO 3 Smart Gate access control to my Came Motor. I will supply the Remootio 3. The job is in Marsden park. Scope of Work: Wire the Remootio 3 directly to the CAME control board for the Open/Close trigger (dry contact). Wire the Remootio 3 directly to the CAME board’s 24V accessory terminals for power (no new 240V power point is required). Mount the included wired magnetic sensor to the gate/post so the app can detect the open/close status. Fit the small Remootio unit neatly inside the existing grey CAME motor housing. My metal side gate has become misaligned. The gap between the gate and the post is getting larger and the latch can no longer catch properly. The gate may have slightly sagged or the latch plate needs to be re-positioned. I need someone to: 1. Inspect the hinge and post for movement 2. Re-align the gate so the latch closes properly 3.
