Uninstall a Westinghouse freestanding oven with gas cooktop, and install new one

There’s all different parts of my oven missing including the glass door. The gas has been turned off. I want to be replaced the whole thing including the exhaust thing at the top. That’s all missing parts. I prefer electric but don’t know if that’s possible with the gas system set up for this apartment complex.

I've purchased a new gas cooktop and have it ready for installation into our kitchen replacing the old one however need someone who is licensed to refit the gas connection as able to cut the laminate / plaster/wood benchtop wider first. See photos of the old and new benchtop. Additional service (not necessary) is to help install a new rangehood above the cook top replacing the old.
