My gas water heater suddenly could not work yesterday and there is no any hot water even I turned on hot water tap for a long while. Not sure if it's problem of ignition. Please give me a quote to fix it and advise when you will be available. Thanks

Renovating kitchen and need the wall tiles, kitchen cabinets, sink & tap wear, gas oven and cooktop removed. Some of the cabinets and the oven/gas cooktop will be repurposed (handled with care) but others will need to be taken away and disposed.

Our Regency Gas Fireplace is igniting but not turning fully on. Assuming it’s a part that needs replacing. Feel free to plus the cost of any parts.

Please disconnect it from the gas supply, remove the heater, and install a bayonet fitting. Also install high and low vents in accordance with current regulations. The flue and the backing board on the external wall can be left in place, and patching the hole in the wall is not part of this job. Appliance 2: gas supply is plumbed to a one-burner gas stove on a brick platform outside, and then onto a gas barbecue. Please disconnect appliances (they are too old to use anymore) and install a bayonet fitting.

A gas pipe leading to a bayonet for a gas heater has been disconnected to connect a gas oven by the previous owners. I would like it reconnected but also to keep the oven connected for my tennants. It is under a kitchen cabinet but I have taken all kick boards off for access there is also access from next to the oven. Price given is just because this is required. Please quote what it is worth for your labour and Im happy to pay for parts needed in cash if thats easier.

Had a safety check done on the property and the original plumber isn't available till next Wednesday to just reconnect gas. I think a stopper has been placed in there or something so just needing a quick 5 min reconnect off the gas line as company said I can't turn on myself
