I need two old heating units removed: 1. Gas heater (gas plumber required) 2. Electric heater (unsure if specialty tradesperson required?) My budget is to remove both. Rubbish can be left on site. pilot light won't stay lit. Old thermocouple was cleaned and reinstalled in identical fashion. Pilot stayed lit for two days, then would not stay light at all. Universal thermocouple was installed. Pilot will still not remain lit. aquamax 390 gas control valve is 610 ac3 - i will supply

I bought a new natural gas cooktop that needs to be installed. The gas hose from the old cooktop needs to be connected to the new one. Ideally, a shut-off valve can also be installed. A licensed technician is required. Additionally, after shutting off the main gas valve, the water heater will need to be re-ignited. 1.The budget is around $200, but I can pay extra for adding a shut-off valve. 2.Please include all costs in your quote.

I have chef brand burner and the big burner shuts down after few seconds. Rest all 3 burner are running perfect. I cant smell any gas leakage when the big burner runs for few seconds.
