I have a gas leak near the meter, I contacted Ausnet who said to call a gas plumber, they switched off the gas at the meter because there is a leak. I'm 99% sure the leak is coming from the old galvanised pipe but you will need to double check, if it requires more work let me know and we can work it out. I need someone to go out and diagnose the leak and quote to fix it. I also have a gas ducted heating system, some vandals went under the floor boards and ripped off the heating pipes from the vents going inside, the piping is still there, I'd need someone to clip them back on please, there's three bedrooms with a vent in each room and the lounge has two. There's also a tap which is loose and needs to be tightened.

Existing continous gas hot water system is broken and needs to be replaced by new one. I have already got the new system (Rheem 20l ) and need some one to install this new system.

The old same 4 burner stove needs to be disconnected and the new will go in that cutout, the cutout seems to be adequate for the new one, the gas inlet on the new stove is at another place so the pipe has to be extended a bit. Flame has to be adjusted as per the manual

Attached photos show stove connection, under floor, meter and floor plan. Existing gas meter has been capped off. Remove redundant gal pipe where it goes through the wall, as a path for new pipe. Refer plan; north is down the page. Meter is outside laundry at north end of west wall. Pipe length max 6M. Provide new S/Steel flexible hose to stove with 15dia. fittings. BV house, timber floor, 900 crawlspace, easy access. Commission. To Australian Standards, provide Certificate of compliance.
