I have a gas leak near the meter, I contacted Ausnet who said to call a gas plumber, they switched off the gas at the meter because there is a leak. I need someone to go out and diagnose the leak and quote to fix it. I also have a gas ducted heating system, some vandals went under the floor boards and ripped off the heating pipes from the vents going inside. I'd also like a quote to clip them on again.

I have a Rinnai 20SF gas heater (natural gas) that lights up and runs for about a minute, then shuts off completely. • Pilot flame and burners ignite fine. • After a short time, it cuts out (likely thermocouple/flame sensor, gas valve magnet, or control board issue). • Unit is plugged in and fan runs.

I need a plumber to install new 4 burner stove. The old same 4 burner stove needs to be disconnected and the new will go in that cutout, the cutout seems to be adequate for the new one, the gas inlet on the new stove is at another place so the pipe has to be extended a bit. Flame has to be adjusted as per the manual

Existing freestanding gas cooktop need to be removed and new one to be installed - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 5 October 2023
