Weekly mowing of 2 acre lawns (in summer, less in winter), weeding, pruning, planting, tidying up of gardens, etc. Essentially keeping an eye out for anything that needs to be done on the property. We have a rent inspection with the owners (not agents). We have also just had a baby so quite behind on weeding/ garden maintenance/ wippersnippering etc And feels like we weed and the following week it’s regrown!
