There is always plenty to do, so the role requires someone who is hard-working, efficient, and experienced with general outdoor maintenance. Tasks include: • Whipper snipping where mowers cannot access, including around fences, edges, and trees • Mowing lawn areas – sticks and branches often fall, so these must be collected first before mowing • Collecting sticks and branches, cutting suitable pieces into kindling for firewood, and stacking neatly • Trimming reachable trees • Clearing and maintaining the driveway (~500m) including blowing out spoon drains and removing sticks/debris • General garden and outdoor tidy-up as required Important This is a full 8-hour day each month, as there is always ongoing outdoor maintenance to complete.
