Looking for a gardener / handyman, ideally an experienced all-rounder, that can come and maintain our small acreage property. We run a business from home so we are always trying to keep the grounds as tidy as possible. Tasks will include: whipper snipping, weed-burning, mulching, hedge trimming, cleaning out roof gutters, pruning etc. We are a strictly chemical-free property. Approx 4 hours work.

We need our lawn maintained (total 2 acres). It is a home/business front, we pride ourselves on the great presentation for our clients when they arrive to the property. - Most of the land is gently sloped, some flat, some steep. - Grass: can get quite thick, you will need a strong reliable mower. - Final presentation: Grass catcher is essential. - Time: It takes me approx 1hr 30 mins to mow the whole 2 acres on a 38" Kubota zero-turn. I have had endless trouble with my mower so have decided to contract this job out for now. All other maintenance on the property is taken care of, we just need the mowing covered. I have large garden beds surrounding my house at Valdora. I’m happy for this to be done in stages as it’s a large area. There are weeds coming up, mainly a vine that is not prickly or itchy, it’s just like a passion fruit vine that once cut & sprayed you can easily pull the whole vine out. I also have fallen palm fronds that need to be all put in a pile & I can burn. I plan to get sugar cane mulch which will need spreading once weeds are dead. I have most tools, and I have weed spray along with a carry spray bottle and a small hand held spray bottle that spray can be made up, you will just need garden gloves & bathers if you want to cool off in the pool.
