The property has a mix of lawn, garden beds, and stonework, as shown in the photos. We’d like the following services on a fortnightly or monthly basis: • Lawn mowing and edging • Weeding garden beds • Trimming hedges and plants • Blowing and clearing any debris from paved areas • General garden tidying and plant care The backyard includes tiered stone walls, so some areas might need a bit more attention. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to help maintain our new home on a regular basis. Our home is located in a serene neighborhood and consists of 4 bedrooms, a living room and study, as well as 2 bathrooms. Key Responsibilities: Thorough cleaning of all rooms: vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and ensuring all areas are tidy. -Bathroom cleaning: sanitising the toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks. -Kitchen cleaning: wiping down appliances, countertops, sinks, and cabinet doors. -Window cleaning (interior side) as needed. -Emptying trash and recycling bins. Requirements: Proven experience in residential cleaning with references. Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently and independently. Must be comfortable with pets as we have a GSP (very friendly). Preferred availability at least once a week for 3-4 hours, with flexibility to adjust as needed.
