Careful use of any pesticides in some areas so as to not poison the plant life. There is no natural grass except the front nature strip, which will need to be mowed. This is why the grass has been marked as small. The property is approx 750sqm. The house has an open bar area with a garden bed on the rooftop and that also needs weeding. A ladder is required to perform this work. Some general pruning is required down the side passageways of the house so that access can be made easily. Careful attention to pruning some larger ones along the side, so as to not ruin their aesthetics. Finally, there are some very minor leaves scattered around and they will need to be cleaned up.
