Areas to be done: - Deck: ~66 m², NSW Spotted Gum (135 × 32 mm boards). - Daybed: ~8.5 m² (top + visible sides only). - Shower screen: ~4 m². - Outdoor dining setting: 1 × table (1 m × 2.5 m) and 2 × benches (2.5 m × 0.4 m each), including tops and legs/frames. ~7 m². - Total area: ~85 m² of timber. Preparation: - Pressure wash/clean all surfaces before sealing. - Light sanding may be required in spots (tradie to decide on-site). - Mask/protect walls, tiles, and nearby areas as needed. Finish requirements: - Natural brown stain/sealer to match existing finish. - Low sheen/matte finish. - Minimum two coats. - Oil-based product preferred for durability. - Please supply all products and materials.
