Hi there, I’m looking for someone experienced with fridge/freezer repairs to help diagnose and (hopefully) fix my chest freezer. It’s a Haier chest freezer (HCF384W2, 384L). It hasn’t been plugged in for quite a while. I’ve recently turned it back on and the power light comes on, but there’s no motor/compressor sound, and after a few hours the temperature isn’t dropping. Hoping someone can: • Diagnose what’s going on (compressor, thermostat, start relay, etc.) • Repair it if it’s something straightforward, or advise if it’s not worth fixing Flexible on timing. Please let me know your experience with freezer repairs and any call-out fees upfront. Thanks!
