Looking for someone experienced with fridge/freezer repairs to diagnose and fix a CHiQ inverter chest freezer that isn’t cooling properly. It is a fairly new and good condition freezer. Issue details: • Unit powers on normally • Compressor runs (warm, humming) • Intermittent “HH” high temperature alarm on display • Currently cooling to around 16-20°C but not reaching proper freezer temperature • No burning smells or tripped power Would like a proper diagnosis of: • Compressor / inverter module • Temperature sensor (thermistor) • Control board • Refrigeration system if necessary Please provide: • Estimate for diagnosis • Rough repair cost or if regas is needed Located in Photos/videos available on request.

Its a big meat display freezer. Only one section of the freezer is not getting as cold as its supposed to be. And the other section is getting tok cold as in the meat is freezing up. I dont know the brand of the fridge and its fixed to the premise. One guy checked and said its low on gas.

The freezer leaks water and this is due to ice forming on the drain tray. I have cleared the drain hole and the drain tray of ice but few days later ice get formed on the drain tray.
