Find an experienced flooring expert in Wakerley

Need skirting boards installed throughout a 4-bedroom house in Wakerley. Rooms are empty and ready for install. Skirting is already on site. Work required: • Install skirting boards in all rooms of the house • Clean, accurate mitre cuts required for corners • Professional finish required (no gaps, neat joins) Requirements: • Must have drop saw (mitre saw) for cutting skirting • Must have brad nailer / finishing gun for fixing skirting • Experience with finish carpentry preferred Existing conditions: • Walls are already painted in most areas (some finishing still underway but does not affect install areas) • Floors will be cleared for installation Looking for someone experienced who can complete a clean, professional install.

I have a 2 car garage approx. 36 sqm. I need to get the floor preped for applying epoxy. The work includes: Vacuum clean garage floor. Grind and sand floor and remove floor paint. Vacuum clean and wash debries.

3 small areas of Skirting board need to be cut and installed onto the walls in the photos. I have the skirt already. 2 pieces need to be approx. 1m each, then another small piece approx. 30cm.
