I have had 2 carpets pulled up to check the underneath but now they are loose and we have an open home on Saturday. Needing someone to come push them back into place before they are cleaned tomorrow. 2 rooms in 1 corner each.

Had a leak in bathroom and water damaged plaster and skirting boards. I have repaired the leak and have removed old plaster board. Needs to be re plastered

Three bedrooms require carpeting, alread have carpet.

Vinyl Flooring needs fixing or replaced

All skirting has been installed aside from the kitchen. Looking to have this finished and then all skirting siliconed. Areas needing silicone include - kitchen, lounge room, dining room, study and hallway (no bedrooms). There is more than what is in the photos - these are just to show the areas that need the skirting put on, and the areas that need to be siliconed only

I need a small section of carpet cut and relayed. I had a cavity slider door installed during bathroom reno. The carpet was newly laid in Oct 2023. I have plenty of off cuts leftover.

I have laid new floor pulled skirtings up, I’ve got around 50 lineal metres of skirtings already cut just need to re-install them some of them will need to be planed to be PERFECTLY flush to the new floor, also there’s like 7 lineal metres that need to be mitred, i’ve got the new skirtings here.

Hey Nick, you have done some flooring for me previously in 2020 and I need your help now I’ve got about 50 squares and I need your quote. I am located in Tallebudgera. I’m flexible with time please let me know when you can pop in

2 clean rooms of 4500x3900mm each one room has a 2800mmx600 robe within this square space to cut around and also carpet inside the robe the other has a small 1000x1000 area at entry to add onto this otherwise square space. the old nail edge board is still in and needs removing, wood is easy to break off with a lift bar. the carpet is removed to both no glue. inside the 1 robe is a strip of the old carpet that Id like removed IF it's easy to lift. I have the new 600x600 carpet squares, they come with adhesive square stickers so no other gluing necessary. They cut easy with a stanley, its quite a thin loop carpet is going in. A neat job nothing fancy. The floor is clean and in good condition, old carpet already removed. (except the robe I mentioned above) THANK YOU - Due date: Before Friday, 25 March 2022

Basic cream carpet. Not disgusting just typical musty cream had its day carpet. Remove underlay too Cut up carpet and move all to skip near house. Ideally someone who can lay carpet squares afterwards too. Price here for removal only. Can agree on price to lay of squares onsite if time suits - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 15 March 2022
