I have pulled up all of the flooring that doesn't go under the wall in the back room. All the rest has to be cut out.

Recent water leak through the roof caused water stains/molds to be formed on walls and carpets. Carpet is still damp due to the water and smells a little. Fine cracks have appeared on the ceiling. Need service for carpet cleaning and drying, walls and ceiling cleaning of stains and just repair of the fine cracks on ceiling. Area affected is relatively small which is just a portion of a studio bedroom but want the job to be professionally done.
