Looking for an experienced flooring installer to complete flooring works in a single-storey home in Highton, VIC. Total flooring area: approx 110 m² (excluding bathrooms and laundry). We will supply all flooring materials, so we are looking for labour only. Scope of work 1. Remove existing flooring • Remove and dispose of tiles in the kitchen and entry only • Remove and dispose of existing carpet and underlay throughout the rest of the house 2. Subfloor preparation • Grind and clean slab where tiles are removed • Perform floor levelling / skim coat where required to prepare the slab for vinyl plank installation 3. Install new flooring • Install vinyl plank flooring (~70 m²) in entry, lounge, dining, kitchen and hallway • Install carpet with underlay (~40 m²) in master bedroom, WIR, bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 Bathrooms and laundry are not included. Requirements Please only quote if you have experience installing glue-down vinyl plank flooring, including slab grinding and levelling to ensure the floor is suitable for vinyl installation. Please include in your quote: • Your experience installing flooring • Estimated timeframe • Whether disposal of old flooring and levelling compound are included.
