Needing an affordable flooring installed into a 1 bedroom granny flat 28 square meters. Thinking of putting in sheet Lino (we just need it cut to size and laid without glue). Would also like the sheet lino to be sourced if you know of an affordable Lino that would work well. Widest point of the granny flat is 342cm so a sheet of 4m would work well. All the Lino has been pulled up (the photo shows the old Lino still in the bedroom). Had to pull out old Lino due to a tenant that had been smoking in there for 15 years so had to pull everything out to try find the sources of the nicotine smell. We’d like something similar down to what we had before (as pictured). - Due date: Flexible

Hi there, we have the engineered floorboards ready and need them installed. It is a roughly 2.5x3m bedroom. The original floor is MDF subflooring and has been varnished.
