Looking to have a section of floorboards sanded and polished approx 9sqm. They’re a Boral engineered hardwood floating floorboard. May also consider restoring the whole unit approx 75sqm. My dog has unfortunately ripped up threads from the carpet at the edge of the door, and continued along the edge of a built-in wardrobe. My cat has scratched up a small area on the top step inside my rental apartment. The agent will be carrying out an inspection on the afternoon of Tuesday 20 Sept next week, so I would need the job done before then. I can organise to be at home on Monday before 11am, all day Sunday, and Tuesday, though the job would need to be completed by 2pm at the latest on Tuesday.
