I’m looking to install hybrid flooring in two bedrooms and a study room—nowhere else in the unit—covering a total area of approximately 35 square metres. The rooms are all square or rectangular with no unusual shapes, curves, or tricky corners, so it should be a straightforward installation. I’ve just purchased the property, so an inspection isn’t possible at this stage, but I’ve attached the floor plan for reference. My move-in date is the 10th of August, and I’d like the flooring work to be completed between the 6th and 10th of August. I’ve already arranged the supply of the flooring materials. The job will also include removing the existing carpet in those rooms before installation.
