One joist needs full replacement, and the rim/boundary joist in that corner likely needs a section replaced too. The joist sits in a metal hanger. The main bearer looks solid. I can remove more boards for access if needed. I’ll supply the decking boards, but I’m happy for you to supply the structural timber and hanger if required. Haven’t heard back from the assigned tasker so writing a new post. 40m2 of supplied hybrid floors to install. Previous ones have been removed. Not sure if needs to be levelled as there’s a slight slope near from door. Alternatively we just need someone to help us install it ourselves!
