Looking for an experienced professional to sand and polish timber floorboards in the following areas: 1x Bathroom Kitchen 3x Bedrooms Sunroom (including removal of carpet) Important Notes: The house is empty, so no furniture needs to be moved (only fridge and dryer which is still boxed up and can be easily moved) Must have experience with timber floor sanding and polishing. Must provide own tools and equipment (including sander, polisher, and safety gear). Experience working with older floors and edge work is preferred. Laying approximately 26.7 square meters of floorboards + potentially some hall way space (this would most dependent on how much flooding we have left over). Floorboards provided.
