I have 50 Sqm of hybrid flood boards to install and add scocia. Remove old laminate floor boards and remove old scocia. Have ordered floor boards and they will arrive in 3 weeks

4 boards broken from fallen tree branch need replacing

Floors were cork, all cork and Masonite have been removed except around cabinets in kitchen. Need someone with access to a toe kick saw to cut the cork boards under the kitchen cabinets, I can remove cork and staples myself. From there I need someone to sand and polish the floors.
