I need someone to lay 50sqm of Hybrid flooring in my living room, kitchen, hall way.

We're looking for a registered carpenter/builder to fix squeaking floorboard in main bedroom & entrance to main bedroom (as highlighted in photo). Had a carpet layer come by to remove the carpets and screw the current boards down, but that didn't work. Will now need someone to remove the boards as we think it may be the beams that needs re-screwing/fixing. Would prefer someone to come by, investigate and quote please. Squeaky floorboard is located in main bedroom upstairs, second level of townhouse. Would like to keep original carpet and have this put back down once floorboards fixed. Can organise carpet layer to remove and re-lay carpet if this can't be done by builder/carpenter. Located in Richlands, Brisbane.

Our metal support post from our bed was bent without realising and has scratched four of the floorboards. The scratches are not incredibly deep, but probably a touch more than surface level. The surface area of all scratches would total around 430mm x 280mm. All floorboards run to the wall of the bedroom. I have attached a couple of images of the scratches just for reference. We are not after a 100% perfect colour match (close enough is ok for this job). If possible, we'd be happy with a small sand, fill, colour match and seal job, but happy to listen to any potential solutions.
