Scratched timber floorboards. Seems to have scratched off the coat but not the wood itself

A section of the floor has popped up after recent wet weather. I have a pack of spare boards to replace the affected boards. Damaged area is 2720mm X 380mm. The damaged area is the area between the masking tape in the photo. Ideally, would prefer Wednesday or weekend for the job to be done.
