If you can't do the carpet please read the other two needed. 1. to replace 3 rooms with new carpet. 2. to replace 3 carpeted rooms with polished floor look alike (engineered) 3. to do the whole unit in engineered or something that looks like polished floors. 2 bdrm lowest, open plan, 1 x bathroom, 1 x WC, 1 x kitchen. Plus inside built ins. So 3 quotes, if you can only quote on the engineered timber floating floorboards that is fine. That is what I really want. I just cant afford polished floors. Lay floating boards from Bunnings already purchased. Clip together Approx 9x5m. Purchase and put in scurting boards around unit. I’m guessing 9x11 x2??. Apply water proof paint/sealer to small bathroom over concrete. Add hand rail to front 3 steps (maybe)?

A section of the floor has popped up after recent wet weather. I have a pack of spare boards to replace the affected boards. Damaged area is 2720mm X 380mm. The damaged area is the area between the masking tape in the photo. Ideally, would prefer Wednesday or weekend for the job to be done.

Install skirting boards. Approximately 25 meters - unit: combined lounge/dining area and hallway only (bedrooms,kitchen, bathroom NOT required). I have the Skirting boards ready to be installed, however nail gun, glue and tools to cut ect will be required.
