Remove existing damaged floorboards - water damaged ones by balcony door (general wear and tear mainly) I have a spare pack of the original floorboards to use as replacements. Of course they will need to be cut to size. Use whole pack to repair as much as you can. May require a little bit of new underlay at the edges of the floorboard as it sinks a little when you step on it. I've thrown in a budget of $100, but I'm flexible. Let me know. The job is just an interim measure as I will be replace the whole floor in a year or so.

Matching Floor boards provided. Concrete will be lowered so floor boards can be installed. Area measures 2250 x 200mm Bedroom has had a fireplace removed.
