Shower floor needs retiling, leaking into subfloor. Not sure about wall tiles but they appear to be okay.

Previous tiler didnt finish We have only one wall (approx 1.75m wide x 2.7m high) to tile (600 x 300 (actual) stone tiles into horizontal stack pattern, laid on fibre-cement board that is installed already. You supply glue and grout for tiles (colour must match) There is a temporary laundry tub in the way, which we will move for you. Additionally, that laundry requires a little caulking of the junctions floor to wall which was not done. PLUS 2 other bathrooms - one of them shown, none of the wall to wall and wall to floor functions were caulked or grouted as should be. I am supplying stone tiles, but ask you to supply (and is included in your price), the caulking material and grout to match You supply glue, spacers and any tools you need. Job ready to go, start as soon as someone agreed with.

small 1-2 cm chip in the bathtub porcelain needs repair. I understand there is filler and sand back method for repair. Looking for someone who has done this before with porcelain bathtubs

Hi, Looking for some help fixing some drainage issues at the front of my house. Currently have water pooling behind the tank, leading to water getting in under the house. I believe the issue is a lack of appropriate fall to the drain. Whilst doing works ther is a couple of extra things to do for future proofing. Scope would be to: - Remove tank - Reconfigure PVC piping to overflow of the tank - Pour a screed to appropriate falls towards the existing drain (away from the house). Will need to 1) form up a pad for tank to go back on and 2) form a bypass for any overflow to travel away and past the house - Reinstall tank and plumb in PCV overflow piping Whilst there I’d like to: - Extend the existing drain by approx 1.5m to address a localised low point in the middle of the slab (markup in photo) - Realign /square up approx 1.5m of the existing retaining wall (to allow for future decking to go through (markup in photos) - Clean up concrete step/finish interface with concrete saw to allow for future deck to but up to clean threshold. Very happy for suggestions /alternative methods to achieve what I’m after. Thank you!
