Find an experienced floor repair pro in North West Melbourne

I’m looking for someone experienced with laminate flooring to repair or replace two small damaged spots on my laminate floor. There are two small burn marks on the laminate boards (photos attached). Ideally, I would like the damaged areas repaired so they blend with the existing floor, but if repair isn’t possible, I’m open to replacing the affected laminate plank(s).

We've got squeaky floorboards in small section in one of our bedrooms (floorboards are under the carpet). Anyone available to fix/stop the squeaks? Not sure how much this costs so I will consider reasonable offers.

A timber deck that was originally built poorly needs refurbishing, the top timber and steps need replacing with treated timber and coated. Dimensions are as follows: - Main deck 2300 x 1550 x 20 mm - Top step 970 x 135 x 40 mm - Bottom two steps 970 x 290 x 40 mm The base looks to be in decent condition, only the deck surface and steps need replacing for now, then coated for protection. Weekend’s preferred, this needs doing asap. Quotes to please include all stores and removal of old deck pieces.

I need a skilled handyman or flooring specialist to repair a visible gap between two hybrid floorboards. The boards have separated slightly, and I’d like them realigned or tightened so the gap is no longer visible and the floor looks seamless again.

Hi, I need to hire someone to fix, repair or sand back the floorboards of a place I am trying to sell. The place was built about 15 years ago. Some spots have more wear than the rest of the floor, particularly where furniture has been. On the floor plan, the boards show are shown in the yellow section and the kitchen and laundry

The wooden floor underneath the hybrid floor has bulged up
