We have new built house in gisborne. Not sure what the cleaner did but the hybrid flooring has white stains/dust looking things thats not going away no matter how many types we mopped it along with some scratches. Photos attached

I need a skilled handyman or flooring specialist to repair a visible gap between two hybrid floorboards. The boards have separated slightly, and I’d like them realigned or tightened so the gap is no longer visible and the floor looks seamless again.

Need to repair a part of the timber floor as it has become uneven and bouncy. A portion of the floor is already touching the door and preventing it from opening completely, see attached image. Need the floor levelled again.

I need help repairing two damaged sections of laminate floor in my home: One panel has a long surface scratch (see first photo). Another panel has a chip with some core material exposed (see second photo). We have wooden floorboards with some damage from our kids. 2x decent chips and one scrape/scratch (all pictured). All 3 on different floorboards. I have a small job in tullamarine which is installing 2m2 of recycled timber flooring in a kitchen where a wall was removed. There is also approx 3m2 of existing Timber Flooring which, is what was a laundry, and is now becoming a pantry. The existing timber needs to be removed and reinstalled with recycled timber. It's all Tas Oak.
