Task: Remove and replace damaged vinyl sheet flooring in bathroom, laundry room Description: ======== My bathroom vinyl flooring is damaged and needs complete replacement. The current issues include: 1. Vinyl sheeting is lifting and peeling away from the subfloor 2. Seams between vinyl sections have separated and are coming apart 3. Edge damage along the door frame/skirting area with deteriorated sealant 4. Moisture appears to have gotten underneath causing the vinyl to bubble and detach Scope of work required: =============== 1. Remove existing damaged vinyl flooring completely 2. Assess and prep the subfloor (clean, level if needed) 3. Supply and install new waterproof vinyl flooring suitable for bathroom/wet area use 4. Seal edges properly around door frames and fixtures 5. Dispose of old flooring materials
