I am requesting a floating installation of hybrid floorboards of 70sqm total floorspace. The job inclusive of floor prep, removal and refit of skirting board and undercutting architraves. The material will be provided. Flooring required for 2 bedrooms, living room, small hallway and kitchen. I can send additional photos if required.

I need floating floorboards installed in this room which is approximately 3.7 meters by 4 meters. I have already ordered the boards through Beaumont tiles to match the floorboards in the rest of my house. I do not have the underlay, but potentially I can order the Scotia from Beaumont tiles although they only have concave and I need flat to match the rest of my house. I'm happy to remove the carpet myself to prepare the room. Please note that my quote price is only a guess because I have no idea what this costs to do.

Im in an apartment on the first floor (one floor up) and have nice wooden flooring floating above the shop below. There is a corner of my apartment where the flooring sinks down a little bit. Approx 3mm. Need someone who knows what theyre doing to come and take a look to see if a shim can be inserted under the flooring to raise this section to level.

Howdy. I need someone experienced to lay a floating floor. Area is 7 x 5.4 metres. I have the the 5.5mm hybrid boards already purchased. The room won't be completely vacant. We thought we could shove all the furniture (that we cant put elsewhere cos it's too big) into one half of the room, lay half the floor then when it's done, move the furniture to the other side of the room and lay the second half. Happy to pay the going rate.
