Remove and dispose old carpet, pick up floating floorboards and carpet and install (approx 65m2) 3 bedrooms & small walkway for floorboard, carpet on staircase.

We removed various floorings within the home to polish boards, which we are happy with. Within the study 2.2 x 3.8m tiles were removed and uncovered half a room of boards with some water damage and the other half is chipboard. The board section has since been polished to look more like image 3&4, with some water damage but no holes etc, it's a solid floor. I'm seeking to resolve this floor and let it blend in as much as possible to the rest of the flooring. i was thinking of some sort of overlay, previously in the kitchen they had installed click in floating laminate boards (poorly) which could be an option if it was the right color and installed correctly. I can provide more images but curious about cost and potential budget friendly options.

Howdy. I need someone experienced to lay a floating floor. Area is 7 x 5.4 metres. I have the the 5.5mm hybrid boards already purchased. The room won't be completely vacant. We thought we could shove all the furniture (that we cant put elsewhere cos it's too big) into one half of the room, lay half the floor then when it's done, move the furniture to the other side of the room and lay the second half. Happy to pay the going rate.
