I'm a regular jogger, but I'm looking for an exercise buddy to help keep me accountable at going to my building's gym. (Lygon St). Im looking for someone who can come 2-3 times per week, sometime around 9-11am, for 30-60 mins. (I prefer 30 mins but I know many trainers require 60). I don't mind your specialty (yoga, pilates, PT, or none at all), the main thing i need is accountability getting into the gym! We can do stretching, strength training, whatever - i need it all, but mostly just need accountability. Our apartment's gym isnt huge but it does have all the main machines (3 treadmills, rower, freeweights, and about 15 other machines), plus a basketball court. Im also happy to travel within 2 kms if you prefer to train at your venue in Carlton, North Carlton, Parkville, Fitzroy, or the north of the CBD.
Alannah is smart, well-organized, kind, and super friendly! I work with her as a gym accountability buddy, but I'm sure she would be great at just about anything!
