Hello! I’m looking for a weekly, in person (not interested in online programs) session with a personal trainer/coach who can help me improve my speed/agility/reaction time and overall fitness for an upcoming sports season (netball) - and hopefully ongoing. Firstly - you’ll need a sense of humour and some patience for this. I’m a late-to-the-party team sports person, having first started playing team sport in my 40s with a very average fitness level. I love team sports, but I have the natural coordination of a newborn foal on rollerskates. I’ve tried to take myself to the oval and do a-skips and b-skips and all of that, but I feel like an idiot. So I think I need someone to help me with this. Secondly - it really doesn’t matter if you know anything about netball or not, as I’m just interested in getting faster and fitter overall for any kind of team sport. Initially, I am looking to trial for 1 X 45-60min session, and then hopefully sign up to do it weekly/on a regular ongoing schedule. Days: it would need to be fairly early morning (6.30-7.30 start, possible a little later ok too) on either a Tues, Thurs or Friday. Possible location: Camperdown Park would be ideal, Leichhardt Oval, or anywhere around this area where there’s some flat grass. Or a a gym if there’s enough space. Open to ideas.

Nate is a fantastic trainer. He explained things as the session went on, but not too much to be overwhelming. He was warm and friendly. A great first session.
