I have some left over fencing from a previous job. I would like to use this to replace the existing wooden fence at the front of the house. The left over fencing and the fence to be replaced as shown in the attached photograph. I have 20 lengths of fencing( approx 2m long) and 4 posts.

We want to install a new fence out the front of our house. We wanted someone to come over and help us measure the boundary of where we can install the fence to. We have the land subdivision doc from the titles office with the exact measurements but because we are in a court on part of the circle it’s not straight forward for us to do. Its just for us, it’s not for a council application or anything like that, we just went to get it right if we can for our own benefit. We are home most of the time in Parkwood.

Install THREE metal posts with concrete footing for shade sails. Scope of works: 1. Dig THREE 350mm wide x 900mm deep holes on turf (soil ground) at the courtyard. 2. Pour 100mm of gravel into each hole as the base of the footings. 3. Place posts into the holes at a five-degree angle, using a level to check. 4. Support the posts using timber and clamps. 5. Prepare and pour properly mixed concrete in the holes. Owner to provide metal posts, shovel, gravel, concrete for the footing (concrete mix in bags from Bunnings or use traditional way blend and cement), timber support, contractor to use own tools for digging (such as Post Hole Pincer or handheld power digging tools) and use own spirit level or clamps for post support (if needed). Summary: Repairs to Gate and fence next to house wall. The post that the gate is attached to is rotted and causing gate to lean. Currently theirs is a Small Fence from house wall to gate post, this can just become a fixed fence as this is coming off wall and can be fixed, upright post is rotted. Length Approx 400mm only, then the gate, to other support post. The timber pailings and 2 x posts need replacing as rotten and need to hold gate in place and allow to open / close without scraping. - Due date: Flexible
