The style is spear-head top pickets with ball-cap posts (see reference photo attached), but with all-white posts and pickets for a uniform finish. Details: Approx 8 m of fencing along the front boundary Approx 3 m down one side boundary 1 x 90cm pedestrian gate to match (inward swing, standard latch ) Height: 1.2 m max (to stay within exempt development rules — no DA required) Powder-coated aluminium (all white including posts and pickets) Remove and demolish existing low brick fence Take away all debris / rubbish from site Supply + install (materials, posts, rails, hardware, latch, concrete footings) Neat, professional finish Budget: $2,250 (all-inclusive: materials, labour, demolition, disposal). Need to build a fence 2.4m high to 5.9m long between granny flat brick wall and main house brick wall. In color bond monument colour. To match existing perimeter fencing. See images for reference. Open for a separate price for the fence to be done in timber. Works to be done by a qualified fencer.

Install a new colorbond panel on an existing fence and new side gate

Need approx 15 LM of colorbond to be cladded with Ekodeck 219 x 26mm batten sheets. The 1.8M fence will need to be framed to allow for the battens to be secured to. The Ekodeck come in 3.6M lengths, therefore will need to be cut in half. All material supplied.

I have a pool lock but will need to replace the one that is there.
