We're after a carpenter to repalce a timber post on our rental property as it ha rotted halfway through. The post supports the deck, it's the grey upright post as per the photos. We just need it replaced with treated pine and possibly some brackets to support the horizontal beams as they have some decay where they connect. It doesn't have to look perfect, but we want it to last. It's our rental property so we will need to put you in contact with our agent to arrange a time to complete the job.

Trellis is fixed to fence on chocks. We don’t have necessary tools (ie maybe impact driver) to unscrew it off the chocks. We then want to reattach further down the fence pnto new chocks with trellis otherwise fully intact. New chocks have been measured/spaced to fit the trellis Keen for quotes for both detaching and reattaching OR just detaching. Thank you!
