The house is 40 years old and the facia at one end of the garage needs replacing, timber frame (decorative) above front door needs replacing and some surfeit molding has rotted, 2-3 fence posts need replacing.

Make a lattice the same as the one on the left in the picture. Affix one side to the concrete post using the existing bolt hole, and attach the other side to the SHS post using glue or another suitable method. I’d prefer not to drill into the SHS post.

I need assistance with the installation of some privacy / screen fencing that connect onto our exisiting backyard fence. The current makeshift screen needs to be taken down and replaced with some nice and fresh… ideas are attached in the photos. The area is 6000mm wide and height wise we are hoping for at least 1000mm. I need a dog proof gate for back end and also one in the front under the existing gate where there is an opening. I want to make sure the price includes labour and material. I would prefer if this can be done either on thursday or friday this week. I have attached the pictures for front and back section. This is a timber fence in good condition. The fence has about a 10 degree lean. It seems the footings may be inadequate for the weight of the fence. Appreciate it may cost more than the offered price. Offered to simply get a quote and will negotiate on the actual job price when you attend. Otherwise, the fence is fine and there is no repair required to the posts rails or palings Length of approximately 10 m and issue seems to be five posts Happy to consider interim posts if this is the best solution, however prefer to use existing posts and make the fence properly vertical.

We need someone to and reinstall our timber side gate. We may need a new timber post for it as the existing post may be too rotten, so a trip to Bunnings / timber yard may be required. Need it done very soon so our dog doesn’t escape
