Small damage to corner of brick fence, tender top, needs repair

We have a small dog that can just jump over the lower part of our fence. Moving in 2 months time so just want something tidy/temporary to contain to escaping. Am thinking something like the example on the last photo. It’s a corner block so we cannot obstruct the view but own the house so can fix to the fence. Looking for someone to help build a front fence and gate at property in airport west. Gate - 1m High X 3.1m opening. Ideally a slider, but would consider swing opening. Fence- 1m high x 12.1m. As we are a corner block need to be 1m but the section away from the corner we’d like it to be 1.5m. Side fence on Corner(see photos) - one post is loose and needs fixing. Standard picket fence Half Round Picket Paling and square Capital Tops for posts. No painting required. Happy to supply materials or for these to be included in quote.
