Looking for someone to install a mesh barrier along approximately 12 metres of our existing metal fence to prevent rats getting underneath. Work required: * Dig a continuous, narrow trench approximately 200mm deep along the fence. * Install the supplied mesh against the fence, extending at least 200mm below finished ground level. * Secure mesh every 300–400mm and at posts, corners and ends using suitable corrosion-resistant fixings. * Overlap mesh joins by at least 150mm and secure firmly. Close gaps around posts, ends and uneven ground. * Fold or cover cut edges so no sharp wires or fixings are exposed. * Backfill with the supplied gravel and soil, compact and leave the area neat and stable. * Remove offcuts and clean up on completion. We supply the mesh and gravel. You must bring all tools, including a trenching shovel, mesh cutters and drill, plus suitable screws, washers, clips or ties. Access is through a garden bed with established palms and plants. Care is required around roots and irrigation, and to avoid damaging the fence. Please check the attached photos. Preferably completed within the next two weeks; flexible on the day. Please include labour, fixings and any additional materials in your offer, and confirm your availability.

Looking for a handyman available soon to realign and fix back gate. It is a small colourbond gate that closes. The end of the frame was screwed into a brick wall but one of the bolts snapped off. New hole in brick wall was required that I didn’t put at the right height and made a bit of a mess of so the latch won’t close. I have run out of time and don’t have the right tools for the drop before I head away tomorrow and need the gate to lock. A quick handyman job if you’ve got a drill. Have new plugs and bolts. Extra points if you’ve got some extra time and are available to rescrew my garden shed door so that it also closes. (Can raise price of job if required).

Small section of colourbond fencing to be installed. I believe the colour is shale grey (to match the other fence) Dimensions are 2.1m x .840m. 1 x post will need to be concreted in and the other can be attached to the brick wall. One Colorbond fence panel has come loose and is leaning after a storm (see photo). Remove existing sqaure panel fence and install a colourbond fence kit from Oxworks. I am happy to remove existing fence on the day if easier. 2 x 2400mm wide x 1800mm high sections which fill in between Linestone pillars. Can secure into Linestone Wall so no digging required.
