Handyman requires to install fence and the gates at new property

I have a space at the front of my property that I’d like to have chickens. So I need someone that is an experienced builder/carpenter to build a coop suitable for up to six hens. Must have some knowledge of chickens as the design needs to be suitable for the chickens comfort and user friendly clean/ maintain. I would like a raised coop where there is a ramp that leads up to the coop where the hens roost and underneath coop can be the beginning of the run I’ve attached the space I have alone with some visual examples that I had in mind. I’m not married to any idea and will listen to some advice and alternative options.

We need a side gate and short fence section supplied and installed at our home. Gap between fence and house is approx 2.5m (and would like a gate that is hopefully approx 2.0m in width). Scope: • Supply a large prefab gate (eg Bunnings or similar) + hinges + latch + galvanised post + wood pailings + fixings. • Install gate with hinges on the right-hand side (may need gal post fixed against retaining wall or set in ground). • Add pailings to gate to bring height to approx 2.0m. • Fit latch. • Attach about 6.0m of 1.2m-high pailings to an existing fence. Open to suggestions too if there’s an easier or better way - we’re easy to work with, easy access to work area and parking. Looking to get it done before 23 Aug so we can secure side of house. Replace one fence post on an existing 145cm-high timber fence. Current post is wobbly and starting to lean to one side. You’ll need to supply the new hardwood post and concrete.
