Small (8m) fencing surrounding a dog wash, damaged by a car hitting it. Exisiting posts need to be removed and new posts fixed with chemset bolts. New panels to be cut to size and installed. The job is at Haberfield, Sydney, but the new panels and posts to be collected from Marrickville, Sydney.

Wooden gate is solid but the bottom hinge has come loose (top one has a longer hinge plate and seems intact for now). Need to install a new hinge plate and screws on the bottom and maybe another one in the middle as a backup - in case the top one becomes loose in future too. We have an old timber painted gate. The timber is rotting so I need a timber replica built and hinges and latch moved from old to new gate. Task would include buying materials, making the new gate and installing.

Handyman/builder required to customise a baby gate to fit the bottom of our stairs. We did have a baby gate installed on the stairs but it was broken easily because it wasn’t screwed into a stud and there doesn’t seem to be a stud in the part of the wall we need the gate to be attached to. Therefore, I believe a piece of wood needs to be used and cut to shape to secure the gate to the wall. I require a builder/handyman to install a secure gate. The stairs are wooden and there is metal railing with glass.

The Colorbond side gate needs to be narrowed or replaced as it does not close properly. The existing gate is 180 x 88 cm. It needs to be slightly narrower so it can close. The new gate needs to be lockable. The colour needs to match the fence.
