Find a local electronics repairer in Oakleigh

Hi, I have a small squeaky spot under the carpet in one upstairs room in the Southeastern townhouse. I’d like to get it fixed without lifting the carpet. I read about the ‘Squeeeeek No More’ system. Anyone have experience with this kind of repair? I can provide the kit if needed. Or if you have any other ways to repair it. Please let me know! Thanks!

My shower head just keeps running, it’s in the Oros building in Oakleigh. The head of the adjuster disconnected and now can’t get the water to stop, Apparently it needs a specific part but I need it fixed today super urgently. I have attached photos here. The top one is disconnected.

Looking for quotes as to how much it would cost to remove 3 smallish tree stumps around 30cm in diameter. Stumps taken to ground level. I have cut down the trees to around 40cm high and require the stumps taken out. Access to the back garden is limited so if you can’t get the machinery to grind out the stump easily through a front door, then alternative methods will need to be looked into, such as chainsaw and poison. We’re based in oakleigh.
