Hello, I’m looking for a licensed plumber with leak detection capability. There is persistent water seepage near the front of the house, close to a window and brick steps. The ground is constantly wet, with visible soil erosion. I dug small inspection holes on both sides of the brick steps and found ongoing water seepage, which also appears to be migrating toward the neighbouring property. I suspect the leak is from an underground pipe beneath or near the brick steps (possibly the main water supply or a nearby joint). I have turned off the main water supply, and the seepage appears to reduce. I’m seeking non-destructive leak detection and advice on repair options. We loved an internal wall so the two rooms either side need to have some carpet relaying and strips replaced underneath. Builder suggests you provide circa 10m of strip spikes and then tighten and relay existing carpet we saved and blend together as best as possible into existing carpet across the two rooms. www loved a wall hence both Builder said circa 3-4 hrs work for a carpet specialist. I can provide builder details for a discussion once job accepted. If above differs we can discuss. Price includes gst, strips and labour.

Hi, looking for someone to help diagnose and repair my Stirling front-load dryer. It only runs for about a few minutes, then beeps and completely shuts off (all lights go out). After a short time the lights come back on flashing, and it can be restarted, but the same thing happens again. I’ve already cleaned the lint filter and checked the exhaust vent, but it's still not working. The problem seems electrical. Just want someone experienced with dryers to come take a look, diagnose the problem, and quote for repair if parts are needed. Thank you.

The skirting boards were taken off to put down floorboards - and when they went back on there are some gaps - would like those sorted and there are three plaster board holes I would like patched as well .The skirting boards are throughout two bedrooms - hallway - loungeroom with gaps along the way. I have two K830 Logitech keyboards with wobbly micro-USB power sockets. You need to solder them back on so they are strong. The solder points are small. Both keyboards work perfectly. Bring your soldering gear and do it at my house. I can unscrew the keyboard covers so they are ready to go.
