Our taps in the wash basin and toilet and bathroom have become loose.Need a plumber to come and tighten them.

We are Looking for someone to manufacture our Specialist Lectern We have had a Guy producing these in his own Space 1-2 & sometimes 3-4 at a time . This design has a Timber ( Solid Hardwood ) Top & Painted MDF Base On wheels with timber skirt to cover the wheels Our Guy has moved interstate & can no longer produce does not require a lot of space , but you will need your own good saws to produce good joins We have several versions of the Lectern which we have developed over the years We have sold about 30 units We add Microphones & Logos ( to the front ) once they are built We have even had built in motors to make them Height adjustible. 2 fly screens to be installed on two wind out bedroom windows. I have been having a problem with small fruit flies entering my apartment. Bunnings has a mini weave screen that I can buy which blocks the smallest insects. I can buy other necessary items as well - eg framing material. I need to ensure that the fly screen is fitted very tightly with not even the smallest gaps. Thanks

I need one step to be replaced in my outdoor courtyard. It's on the verge of breaking off.

I've taken some 3M hooks off the wall and some of them have taken the paint off in 5 places. I need someone to come and apply some filler putty and paint over the patches where its needed. Should be 2hrs work. I have bought the filler putty and have had the paint made up in Bunnings. You just need to bring own paint brush, floor sheet etc.

Both hot and cold water taps leak. These are double taps as there is a washing machine attached.

Looking for a well-rated licensed plumber with good inspections background to have a good look at our upstairs toilet and its associated plumbing. We’ve always had a bad feeling about this toilet — it smelled when we first moved in (not anymore), we hear a leaking sound sometimes, it’s directly above a curious ceiling stain on the level below — we’d love for someone to just come have a GOOD look at it (ie examine the cistern, drop a camera down the drain, etc.) so that we can be sure we know what is up with it. It’s up on the third floor of a converted warehouse, so might be trickier than some. Just looking for cost to investigate at this stage. We’ll talk about resolution when we know for sure what, if anything, is up with it. Putting $100 coz I literally have no idea. Quote appropriately. We’re serious and looking for it to happen ASAP. :)

We had our routine pest control and they have recommended a number of locations we need to seal/enclose. Namely openings around fireplaces, holes around bricks (inside and outside) and putting steel mesh to outside grates. Open to the best way to enclose, some will just be as simple as caulking. Will cover materials and can buy these from Bunnings myself if advised what is needed or leave with you and reimburse you + 10%.

Need someone with materials and tools to board up/ block the gap under my roller door in my backyard so my dog isn’t able to escape under it
