I need a licensed electrician to replace two light switches in my home. I will provide the light switches, but the task must be completed by someone who is licensed and can provide a certificate of electrical safety upon completion.

Require a qualified electrician to: *Perform an electrical and smoke alarm safety check and provide a compliance report (as a requirement for tenancy) *Supply and install 2 new downlights (using existing switch - which requires a dimming knob), the existing switch powers 2 batton lights that are no longer required (but will remain in the ceiling) - see photos with marked downlight location in red.

I have a small brass batten fix light fitting, which doesnt allow enough thread through the hole, to allow the skirt to be screwed on. I therefore need about 5 to 6 mm cut off. I can bring the light fitting to you, so ideally im after someone fairly local.
