16 downlights 2 powerpoints All on one circuit back to the main box

I want to upgrade my switchboard because I am planning to install solar, battery and a heat pump hot water system. Single Storey, Tiled Roof, less than 10m from Main Street supply, min. 3 spaces for new switches and max. 5 spare spaces in the new switchboard. House is elevated so probably you can duck cables beneath the house. I’m told that existing wiring in switchboard is 5mil which also needs to be upgraded to 15-16 mil. Thus, Mains also need an upgrade.

I need an electrician to do the following works in my garage: 1- replace the old florescent lamp with two 40W LED batten light. I will pay $150 separately for the lamps. 2- Add a new power point in the other side of the garage. All the wiring are surface conduit wiring. In addition, there is electricity wiring around 1 meter away from the required place. 3- Check the earth connection of the existing power point as my charger gives earth error. I believe it is problem in the power point but if finding the problem and solving it took more than one and half hour. I will pay $100 for any extra hour.

In the meter box, two switches are tripping, as a result some part of the home section power is off.

There are two tasks: 1. Move existing NBN point to the adjacent wall. Currently the NBN wire is installed from under roof. I need a plate on the wall instead. 2. Also install a second ethernet point in other room on the wall. Ethernet point will have live internet.

Replacement required as current downlights are 6500K and NOT colour changing. We are specifically after 3000K. We are looking for the cheapest option and are aware we can find comparable downlights to the current specs for around $10-$15 per DL. If you would like to provide a labour only quote, we can discuss the specs & use of conversion plates (for larger downlights) separately.
