Find local downlights installers in Vermont

I need an electrician to split the current ceiling light wire into multiple plugs for the downlights. I already bought downlighs, and I can cut the holes in the ceiling. Totally need to install 20 downlights

*Must be able to supply Certificate of Compliance* We require 19x downlights supplied & changed at our single storey property in Vermont. Replacement required as current downlights are 6500K and NOT colour changing. We are specifically after 3000K. We are looking for the cheapest option and are aware we can find comparable downlights to the current specs for around $10-$15 per DL. If you would like to provide a labour only quote, we can discuss the specs & use of conversion plates (for larger downlights) separately.
