i have a light fitting that needs to be intsalled above a dining table..the current light fitting is a ceiling fixture and is off centre from the desired location over the table Also a 3 globe spot light in my entrance hall has blown 2 of the 3 globes but hasnt tripped the safety switch...it needs to be checked before the relacement globes are intallled
