I need someone who can take off the tap seals in a new build - I've done this myself in the past with some WD40 and a tea towel but they are situated under the sink in the laundry and WD40 hasn't worked yet. Need to take them off to pop on the washing machine hot and cold pipes (I can do that bit). I'm looking for someone local - Sutherland Shire, since this will be a quick job, and not to break any lockdown restrictions. Will wear a mask and be well away. I think a spanner or something that can grab the seals (they are screwed on like a bottle cap), would be needed. Access is tight but my arms can reach them, just not move them!

I recently bought a second hand washing machine that has not worked since I bought it, The door open light stays on and solid and the start/pause button flashes when I press the start button it goes solid and then a few seconds later the door open light flashes. Water doesn't seem to go into the machine.
