Need to upgrade switchboard for home battery installation. Currently have a 6.6kw solar system installed. Would like advice on how to approach it.

[Listed fee/price noted for this job is just a random number] I have 140 (yes - it is a lot!) silver LED downlights throughout the house. The house is approx 20 years old. I need these switched to a more modern sleek white flush LED downlight (same diameter) - e.g "Eclipse Mini LED Recessed Colour Switch 72mm Cut Out Downlight in White" - available at Beacon Lighting. I need a cost to switch out all lights (x 140) - 130 are interior, 10 exterior. Ceilings are standard height (2.50m) with the exception of 1 light above a stair landing (3.3m) and 1 light above the stairs - although this 1 light can likely be accessed from the mezzanine. Also, some GPOs around the house are 20 years old and need replacing (GPO has faded yellowish and is a different shade to the face plate, 1 is broken). Provide cost to replace 2 x double GPOs. Dimmer switches - 17 of the lights are controlled by dimmers. Replace existing with new compatible dimmer. To be considered for this task please confirm: 1) You're a licenced electrician? Years of electrical experience? 2) Price to switch out 140 x lights [spec noted above - or similar quality] 3) Price to replace existing dimmer switches for new switches compatible with the new lights. 4) Price to replace 2 x Double GPOs 5) Availability and approx time to complete (I'm ready to give the go ahead for this job asap) - If you want to inspect, please let me know and we can arrange a time. There was a Utility Loss fault. Now the inverter is off. Tried turning on/off the AC switch. Talked with GE, they have sent an email PDF on steps to repair. I need an electrician to get it back to working

I require a mains wired neon artwork installing which will require the transformer sinking into the concrete wall by Monday 22nd December at the latest. I also have a variety of additional electrical work doing which I'd like to walk you through when you install the neon artwork. I have no idea how long the additional work will take but a lot of it involves replacing existing downlights with LIFX downlights. I am willing to pay $800 for a day's work even if all the work takes less than a day. If it takes longer than a day then I will pay the additional hourly rate that you quote me. My priority is getting the neon artwork installed by Monday 22/12 but if you have the availability and are able to source the additional parts including LIFX down lights before Christmas then that would be a fantastic additional bonus.

I have a remote control unit that needs to be connected up to 2 controller units for 2x24v motors. I’ve tried but no luck. Motors work fine, but wiring is confusing.

We recently got ducted AC installed in our house (built in 70s) with an old electrical board and the installer mentioned that the way the wires are linked up are causing hot spots and the board will probably need to be modernised. I have a Yamaha ef2000is inverter generator which works but runs rough..not starting. About 1 year ago it was starting but running rough and only on choke. Has had stale fuel for long time. I suspect carb needs cleaning. Has new sparks and oil filter. Also have a 7hp pressure washer per pics. After long time no use started it up, worked for few minutes then stopped. Have replaced spark and fuel but still does not start unless I spray and engine starter into the air filter than it starts for 2 seconds and stops. I suspect carbs need cleaning as well.

Moving into a new build house we need : 6 fans installed (will require batons) power points in ceiling ready for you 3 heated mirrors capped off power points ready for you 10 wall lights capped off power points ready for you 1 linear chandelier (has a reinforced point) 1 pendant chandelier (drop of existing flex will need adjusting We move in 5th Feb so can do any date from there ideally as soon as possible from 6th onwards.
