We recently got ducted AC installed in our house (built in 70s) with an old electrical board and the installer mentioned that the way the wires are linked up are causing hot spots and the board will probably need to be modernised. Cooktop auto starting couldn’t stop it

Main trip switch went off. Smells a bit like it fused. Stuck in off position. Tried switching all off and tried again, won’t budge. Prefer it fixed tonight

Moving into a new build house we need : 6 fans installed (will require batons) power points in ceiling ready for you 3 heated mirrors capped off power points ready for you 10 wall lights capped off power points ready for you 1 linear chandelier (has a reinforced point) 1 pendant chandelier (drop of existing flex will need adjusting We move in 5th Feb so can do any date from there ideally as soon as possible from 6th onwards. Repair electric plug that came out of the plug

Hi i need a surface socket installed in the kitchen wall which will be used to power an alexa display. I currently have a 24v power supply in the wall for what used to be a video intercom system and am currently running a dc dc converter 24v to 12v 1.5amp for a smaller alexa device. But the new alexa device requires 18v 1.67amp so not sure if this or another dc to dc step down can be used or we need to wire 240v from another source and just use the alexa 240v plug. If we can get step down convertor to work, surface socket not required.

Install/hard wire ring alarm for the front door, pictures attached. Fix down light switches on dimmers x 5 switches. One switch with two dimmers three switches, one with two dimmers and two switches, and three with one dimmer one switch. When I dim the lights the down light start to going from bright to dim on their own. This has happened since we installed energy saving down lights and we are guessing its to do with the switches. We can buy new switches if necessary but need some advice on this. Pictures of down light switches attached.

Light on pergola needs to be capped off before demolition

Need to disconnect and remove 14 cfl downlights and install 14 led downlights. Cut out is the same size so no drilling needed. I have the 14 new downlights which have a plug end, but will need you to supply 14 plug bases. Job also includes- Fixing a light switch (switch has popped out from socket) Fixing a sensor light.

I have a 6.3m aluminium boat 3 years old. Experiencing either electroloysis or galvanic corrosion near fittings on the gunnels. I need someone to check the wiring to ensure the boat is not used as a ground. So first question is it wired properly.. check wiring if dc dc charger as well. Then I need a bus bar installed which i will provide and also a fuse box which i will also provide. The existing wiring should be into the fuse box. The boat has all the wiring done since dealer purchase and all the wiring comes back centrally. I am flexible with date and time.

Electrician needed to replace bathroom wall lights, replace dimmer switch in kitchen and replace bust down lights with new bulbs (about 10) There are 2 wall lights in the bathroom as per pics, I have the replacements. The kitchen lights have never worked right.. will randomly just go off, then back on. might be the connection to the dimmer switch. You'd need to supply the replacement dimmer switch. And theres a few of the downlights that need replacing. They're awkward to do, some are going down the stairs, some are 3 metres up, 4 are 5 metres up.. not a clue how to reach them.. Also need the circular light (see pics) in the hall fixed. All 3 bulbs went at the same time, which is a bit odd. I think the downlights are fairly standard, but I've added a couple of pics.. - Due date: Flexible

I need a qualified electrician to replace two pendant lights with new pendants above a dining table. Hangs from exposed beams. Will need tools to attach (drill ect) and to be patient with me as I confirm position for install. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 5 May 2023

Hi - the downstairs garage and outside pool area are not receiving any electricity - have checked circuit breakers that are all on (havent checked fuses) need fixed today if possible - may be a 10min task for someone who knows what they are doing - - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 14 August 2022

instal 20amp Power point in garage and sensor security lights around house (ladder required)

Pre a birthday party tomorrow it would be amazing if you can install a heatstrip to the ceiling of an outdoor cabana please. I’m collecting it at Bunnings 8am. Job just needs to be complete by 2pm
