HI, I am looking to get the following electric works done at my home. I will need an experienced electrician who have done similar jobs previously. Please provide your best offer. 1. Replace kitchen island globes (x3) with a single led pendant light strip. The power hole base for two of the globes will be exposed in the ceiling and will need patching the ceiling. Please include in the quote. See the attached picture. I have the new light. 2. Replace parts for x4 or potentially x6 AC ceiling fans. Company has provided replacement capacitors and control units. [Alternatively, I am considering replacing the x4 fans with DC ceiling fans as the existing fans are +6 years old. I will purchase the fans. ] 3. Install x6 shelly relays across x4 power point [May need 1-2 additional relays]. I have the relays. 4. Install x4 surface mount downlights in the Alfreco by running the weatherpoof conduit from existing light. See the attached picture. I will purchase the lights only. 5. Install a powerpoint in the alfresco by running the wire from existing indoor powerpoint. I have the PowerPoint. 6. Install two lights in the lawn by taking connection from an indoor powerpoint [or if possible and convenient, from the Alfresco as noted above]. I have the lights and the power button. 7. Replace a faulty outdoor flood light; I have the replacement right. 8. Remove a TV frame from one room and install in another [No power fittings needed]

Hello. Looking for quotes on some lighting tasks at my parents house. - replace existing bulb lighting in four rooms with brighter LED verve lighting system.
