rcd keeps tripping need electrician to help fix problem

We need an electrician to install the following: 1. Remove 1 square light and install light piece in its spot. 2. Remove 1 square light and install approx. 2 down lights in its spot. 3. Install 3 down lights outside and one sensor light. This is a standard one storey house. We’re available all day today or until mid day tomorrow. Kindly provide price as accurate as possible.

We need an electrician to install the light piece in our kitchen (in place of our old light as seen in the photo). We also need 3-4 down lights installed outdoors. Kindly only provide accurate price.

Firstly, the phone line cable outside is loose and the box is broken. If they work fine, then they don't need to be fixed. Our main concern is, we have an ethernet plug in the kitchen that seems to go nowhere. I found a loose ethernet cable outside, by the electrical box, and a hole that goes through to the bedroom, next to the phone line. I currently have the modem set up in our bedroom, but I want it in the kitchen/living area, where my PC is, as it has no wi-fi capabilities, and requires a cable connection. I can feed the cable through the wall, but I need an ethernet plug attached to the loose cable, and a connection test,to make sure it works. I would like a professional electrician or cable technician for this job, with the appropriate equipment and experience, to do the job properly. I do not have the equipment, tools, or know-how for this job.
