I have removed two oyster lights from my lounge room and need pendant lights installed. I’ve also removed an oyster light from my bedroom and need a pendant light installed. In my study I have two down lights I want removed and two pendant lights hung. I also have a down light I want removed in my study nook with a pendant lights hung installed. I will supply the pendant lights. All electrical cables already fitted.

Apartment in Perth city. Parking provided on-site. Air con doesn't work. It's a ducted system. May have something to do with the remotes, or the panel.

I have a two zone induction cooktop that stop working. I can't find a new cooktop that fit the cut-out of my benchtop (700 mm x 405 mm) as the OEM is out of business. I need an electrician to repair my cooktop, open it up to repair/replace the element that is broken (probably the fuse or heating element or something like that). A round lightbox sign is being installed outside on a metal pillar with a bracket and needs wiring and connection. Work Required: Outside: The lightbox sign will be fixed on the metal pillar using a bracket. Drilling: A small hole needs to be drilled through the pillar so the wire can go inside. Inside: Run the wire neatly up to the top. Connection: Connect the wire to either: The emergency exit light (walking man sign), OR The ceiling light point above. Notes: Very simple job. I have a telephone port in the centre of the apartment that I need troubleshooting to enable NBN connection. I am currently using the telephone port at the back of the apartment. I believe it needs to be jumpered from krone box just outside our apartment door to extend to this port in the kitchen. That way we have 2 working telephone ports.
