The fan in bathrooms "3-in-1" has failed and its probably cheaper to just replace the entire unit. See image for current device. Does not need to be 100% identical, but same functionality (and cover any ceiling cutouts). We would prefer a standard item from Bunnings or similar to keep costs down and you to supply the item. We originally had an LED strip light in the bathroom provided by the developer, however we had to replace the strip as it was flickering. Electrician to install new power points in a few different walls in our apartment. - Due date: Before Monday, 4 December 2023

The first issue is that the oven has developed a fault. It is quite a new oven and was fitted three years ago. Initially it seemed to work completely fine but recently it is taking forever to get up to temperature and then loses a lot of temperature, if the door is opened, even very briefly. This is a Bellini 60cm 65L 9 function electric oven. The second issue is one that we have a large number of faulty lights downstairs. These have been getting steadily worse for a long time. There are 20x lights and transformers need to be replaced + 2x wall light bulbs need to be replaced. - Due date: Flexible
